The HPRT SL42 is a compact 4-inch 203 dpi direct thermal shipping and barcode label printer designed for e-commerce, logistics, retail, inventory, product identification and general-purpose label printing. With printing speeds of up to 6 inches per second (150 mm/s) and a maximum print width of 108 mm, the SL42 provides fast and efficient label printing for everyday business operations. The SL42 uses direct thermal printing technology, eliminating the need for thermal transfer ribbons. It supports roll paper, folded paper, die-cut labels and black-mark paper, with compatible media widths from 50 mm to 118 mm and media thickness from 60 μm to 220 μm. The printer features automatic label detection, label edge detection, gap detection, black-mark detection, out-of-paper detection and cover-open detection.
