The HPRT HT830 is a 300 dpi thermal transfer barcode label printer designed for high-quality barcode, product, inventory, asset and identification label printing. As part of HPRT's HT800/HT830 series, the HT830 combines 300 dpi print resolution with a robust dual-wall structure, flexible connectivity and support for a wide range of barcode and label media applications. The HT830 delivers a maximum print speed of 100 mm/s (4 ips) and supports a maximum print width of 106 mm. It can print labels up to 1200 mm in length and supports media widths from 25.4 mm to 110 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of product labels, barcode labels, tags and identification applications. The printer supports thermal transfer printing and uses ribbons available in Wax, Wax/Resin and Resin types, with ribbon lengths of up to 300 metres. This provides flexibility for different label materials and applications where durable printed labels are required. For connectivity, the HT830 provides USB, Serial and Ethernet interfaces as standard. Bluetooth 4.0/BLE and Wi-Fi are available as optional interfaces depending on the configuration. The HT830 supports major printer programming languages including ZPL, TSPL, EPL and DPL, making it suitable for integration with a variety of barcode printing and labeling environments. It also supports a broad range of 1D and 2D barcode formats including Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, EAN, UPC, GS1 DataBar, QR Code, PDF417, DataMatrix and Aztec. With 128 MB RAM and 256 MB Flash memory, multiple media sensors and optional cutter, peeler and external label roll holder accessories, the HPRT HT830 is designed for demanding barcode labeling environments including manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, retail and asset identification.
