The Chainway CP20 is a versatile 4-inch desktop barcode label printer designed for retail, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and other business labeling applications. Available in 203 dpi and 300 dpi configurations, the CP20 provides reliable barcode, label, tag and product identification printing. The CP20 supports Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal printing, with the exact printing method depending on the selected printhead configuration. The 203 dpi configuration supports both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing, while the 300 dpi configuration is available for higher-resolution label printing. With print speeds of up to 152 mm/s (6 ips) on the 203 dpi configuration and up to 127 mm/s (5 ips) on the 300 dpi configuration, the CP20 is designed for efficient everyday barcode printing. Maximum print width is 104 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of 4-inch labels. The printer supports continuous, gap, black mark, fan-fold and punched-hole media with media widths from 25.4 to 118 mm. Thermal transfer configurations support ribbons up to 300 metres with a 110 mm ribbon width. USB connectivity is standard, while Serial, LAN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are available as optional interfaces depending on configuration. The CP20 also supports TSPL, EPL, ZPL and DPL printer emulations, allowing integration with a range of existing label-printing environments. Supported barcode formats include common 1D and 2D symbologies such as Code 39, Code 128, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 93, QR Code, DataMatrix, PDF417, Aztec and MaxiCode. The Chainway CP20 is suitable for shipping labels, product labels, inventory labels, retail labels, warehouse identification, asset labels, logistics labels and general business barcode printing.
